Our next contra dance of the season is on Saturday November 9th. ‘Trees are For Hugging’ is providing our great live music and Greg Mckenzie will be our caller.
The details: We’ll have a 1/2 hour lesson/warm-up starting at 7pm. It’s a great idea to arrive a little early, especially if it’s your first time dancing with us. Regular dancers, we also need you to come and help at this time. It makes for a great dance experience for everyone and gives us time to get to know each other. The more the merrier, bring a friend or two. We love sharing the dance floor with new friends!
Cost: $8/person – $6/students- $20 families – children 10 and under are free with a paying supervising adult.
Soft-soled, non-marking shoes are recommended. Pine Forest Grange is located at 63214 Boyd Acres Road, Bend, OR. (Grange halls are alcohol, drug, and smoke free zones- a healthy gathering place for family friendly groups like ours)
See you Saturday on the dance floor!
